Cafe Americano, from Miami-based V&E Restaurant Group, opened in July as a 24/7 restaurant in the resort’s main lobby. It’s designed to have a social atmosphere, in a sleek interior decorated with dark woods with neutral and natural accents and broad window walls that offer sweeping views of the outdoors. Cafe Americano serves fresh juices and smoothies and has a complete cocktail program. A three-course Early Bird Menu is $49. Here’s a sample of the menu:
